CCSD utilizes a central registration process for enrollment: this office is located on the CMS/CHS campus (between the two main entrances); and their office hours are 7:00 to 3:00 with lunch from 11:15 to 12:00.

Parents will need to bring the child's birth certificate, social security card, shot records, two (2) proofs of residency, and a photo ID for the parent.
